Ideas, concepts, suggestions, articles, Pitch documents, outlines, synopses, treatments, pilots, sizzles etc...

Also, be advised that Sleek Studios is continuously developing projects independently and in conjunction with third parties and has adopted this policy to protect its interests in its own intellectual property, among other reasons. Sleek by The Mariah Agency LLC hereby reserves all rights to develop any ideas conceived independently, either alone or with a third party without obligation to you, even if such ideas are similar to the ideas contained in any submissions of Unsolicited Materials.
